This beautiful one bedroom Montana Vacation Rental Suite is located in the heart of Bigfork Village. Situated on 250 feet of Swan River frontage, this is an incredible one-of-a-kind location. One block to fabulous restaurants, the Playhouse Theater and shopping. This is an active and lively location in the downtown area of Bigfork and features open-air bars and restaurants with music on summer nights. It is two blocks to the public dock on Flathead Lake. The Swan River Nature Trail begins 2 blocks from the condo and the rushing water of the Swan River is right off the rear deck.
Located in a 12-unit residential / office condominium complex, this cozy condo features mountain decor, log furnishings, hand-hewn beams, carpet and tiled floors with forced-air heat and air conditioning. The space is designed for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 4, and has a fully equipped kitchen and bath. The 1-bedroom/studio set up has everything you could need including pots, pans, dishes, wine opener, gas bbq, microwave, range, stack w/d, under-counter refrigerator, towels, bedding, books, games, etc. Easy ground floor access and handicap parking. The large deck opens right out to the Swan River for summer enjoyment.

- Located in the heart of Bigfork Village, known for its spectacular Summer Theater, friendly locals, annual festivals, numerous art galleries, unique boutiques and shops, world class restaurants and the Swan River Nature Trail. Walk to all Bigfork has to offer.
- 2 blocks to the public dock with access to the beautiful, crystal clear waters of Flathead Lake (largest natural freshwater lake west of the Mississippi). A relaxing drive to Glacier National Park, National Bison Range, The Bob Marshall Wilderness, The Mission Mountain Wilderness, Swan Lake, Swan River, Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort, Jewel Basin, and Native American historical sites.

Our Policies

- Well behaved lap dogs are welcome with prior approval. Add $30/stay.
- 50% non-refundable deposit of your full reservation is required for confirmation.
- Add 8% Montana accommodation tax to total rate.
Venmo, PayPal, as well as US and Canadian dollars are accepted.
We really enjoyed our stay in Bigfork at this lovely hideaway. The condo fit the bill perfectly For our needs. The deck is perfect, the sound of the river flowing through is intoxicating. Everything you need is right here with a simple walk into town right out the front door. The owners are very responsive and the whole experience was an overall A+. We hope to come again and spend more time exploring the area.
We loved the condo and it’s location. Bigfork is an adorable small town. The condo provided an excellent “base camp” for our vacation. We would spend the day hiking in Glacier and surrounding areas and then spend our evenings at the condo in Bigfork. Loved the back porch with the view and sounds of the river. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Very comfortable condo in the heart of Bigfork. Great proximity to the Bison Range, Glacier National Park, Kalispell and Whitefish.The fact that you can walk to restaurants and shopping, and also be on the river to see deer and birds from the patio made this a very enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend!
This property location is perfect for staying in Big Fork. It is right in the center of the action. The owners are extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The condo is clean and very comfortable and relaxing. The sound of the Swan River is soothing and even blocks the sounds of the music and the action in Big Fork. It was perfect for us and we will stay here again for sure.
This was the perfect condo for a couples mini get-away! The deck and river view were fantastic, and the location of the condo felt very private. The condo amenities were up to date, with adorable decor. We enjoyed the walking distance to downtown Bigfork, the nature trail along the Swan River, and the coffee house across the street. Very happy we chose this condo for our first visit to Montana.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location was great for exploring and the rushing water of the Swan River was so relaxing. It was nice to do a quick load of laundry as well. The Garden Bar across the street had live music 2 nights we were there, we could hear it, but wasn't an issue for us. Thank you George and Shauna for being wonderful hosts.
This condo is the perfect place to stay for a Bigfork getaway! It’s very comfortable and has all the amenities we needed. The deck is fantastic and has a great view of the Swan river! We came up for the Bigfork Whitewater Festival and it was so convenient to all events. We never moved the car!! We will definitely recommend this rental to our friends and family and stay here again ourselves.
The condo is beautiful looking out over a river. Incredibly peaceful. The bed is comfortable and the condo has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing spot in Bigfork. We spent an entire day exploring Glacier and Waterton Lakes on a motorbike so we were very happy to know we had this place to go back to at the end of the day. The owners are also great and very responsive. We'd go back just to sit on the patio!
